Hello!
I’m Christiana. I help organizations set new leaders up to succeed—
before they’re handed a team and expected to figure it out.
My focus on leadership grew from a long-standing commitment to
inclusion. Inclusion lives or dies with how leaders lead, and I’ve
seen how equipping leaders to lead thoughtfully and effectively is
the most direct way to make inclusion real.
I’ve worked across diplomacy, education, public policy, and
international development, living, studying, and working in 9 countries.
As a Canadian diplomat with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, I led the Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy for 60+ global missions and designed inclusion and intercultural training for leaders at all levels.
Too often, leadership development is treated as a luxury—reserved for senior leaders or a few “high-potential” employees—leaving most leaders to figure it out on their own. That gap is what my work now focuses on closing, proactively. Through coaching, facilitation, and leadership programs, I help emerging leaders, and those stepping into new or expanded roles, build the skills, awareness, and mindset they need from day one—setting teams and organizations up to succeed.
I bring a PhD in Education, a Master’s in International Migration and Social Cohesion, a teaching degree, and, above all, a lifelong love of learning. I'm a Certified Erickson Coach and Cultural Intelligence® Facilitator. For more details, check out my LinkedIn.
Outside work, you’ll find me outdoors—hiking, canoeing, or running through bustling cities and mountain trails. Since moving to the Philippines I've been on a half-marathon tour of Asia, and am set to run my first Ultra trail in Thailand in 2026.
