Christiana Fizet Consulting
Hello, I'm Christiana
As a Foreign Service Officer, I worked across global offices on migration, crisis response, and complex operational files. I later led the Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion portfolio, where I designed and facilitated a global leadership curriculum focused on inclusion, intercultural collaboration, and leadership practice across international missions and diverse teams.
Alongside this, I have worked in education and development contexts, supporting leaders and learners across global settings. Together these experiences have shaped a deep understanding of how people learn, lead, and collaborate across cultural contexts.
My work integrates research on inclusion, culture, and leadership with expertise in adult learning and evidence-based leadership development, ensuring every experience is practical, engaging, and designed for lasting impact. I approach each project with a continual love of learning, drawing on the latest research to inform what I do.
Outside of work, I try to spend as much time as possible outdoors, running (slowly, but persistently) and hiking. Based in the Philippines, I’ve been on a running tour across Asia, completing three half-marathons and even a jungle race, with more adventures planned for 2026.

I am a facilitator, coach, consultant and researcher,
bringing more than a decade of experience across
public sector, intercultural, and high-stakes
institutional environments.
