Christiana Fizet, Founder

I work with leaders and organizations to make inclusion practical, culturally attuned, and built to last.

Having lived, studied, and worked in nine countries across North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, and now residing in the Philippines, I’ve seen firsthand how culture shapes leadership, learning, teamwork, and communication. These experiences taught me that inclusion can’t be one-size-fits-all — it must be adapted to the cultural and organizational context to truly succeed.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors — hiking, running, or belaying climbing partners on a rock face somewhere. These moments remind me that trust, communication, and awareness — the same things that matter in leadership — also matter when you’re fifty feet off the ground.

My journey

My career has spanned diplomacy, education, public policy, and international development. Each experience has deepened my understanding of how inclusion works in complex, multicultural settings.

As a Canadian diplomat, I represented Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for seven years, supporting international engagement and crisis response across diverse regions. I led the Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ARDEI) strategy across 60+ global missions and developed training on inclusion and intercultural effectiveness for foreign service officers, senior managers, and locally engaged staff.

I hold a PhD in Education and a Master’s in International Migration and Social Cohesion, and I’m a Certified Erickson Coach and Cultural Intelligence® Facilitator.

This mix of frontline leadership experience, academic research, and practical expertise shapes everything I do today — helping organizations move beyond policy statements to create cultures where inclusion is real, measurable, and lasting.

What you can expect

When we work together, you can expect passion, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to help you do this work well. I speak candidly with leaders and teams — even when the conversations are uncomfortable — because inclusion done right requires courage, accountability, and depth.

I don’t promise quick fixes. Sustainable change takes time, clarity, and leadership that’s willing to go beyond performative gestures. But with a culturally attuned, context-specific approach, meaningful inclusion is absolutely achievable — and I’ll help you lay the foundation to get there.

I’m not a big consulting firm — and that’s intentional. I offer a personalized, evidence-based, and bespoke approach to every engagement, ensuring that each strategy is grounded in real-world insight and designed to make a lasting impact.
